No! Our light kits do not produce radio whine when installed properly. We have gotten only a few reports of this on a very, very rare basis usually indicating something is not grounded well in the truck and the issue is usually not tied to the headlight kit, but the install or to the truck itself. 

If your truck does happen to have a weak ground, you can install a ground loop isolator. Here is an example of a ground loop isolator that you would install on your radio. ( Click here for a product example on amazon )
