Yes, the installs are very similar and can be installed in conjunction with each other. For 15+ models you can piggy back one fuse tap on top of the fuse tap connected to the fuse box.

For prior 2015 models the lights draw from the same power source so you can either connect both to the harness of the truck or connect one kit to the harness of the truck and the other kit to the prior installed kit.
