Did your attempted checkout fail? Many times this this can be due to a simply typo or input of an incorrect zip code / address.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email it is safe to assume the transaction was not successful. (please check your spam/garbage email folders)

For example, frequently the billing zip is different than the shipping zip address etc. This is the most common cause of a failed checkout.

Any current charges that show as pending from a failed checkout attempt will not go through and will be automatically canceled.
