We respond to all legitimate email inquires we receive.

If it has been 72 hours (mon-fri) and you have not received a response, it may be possible that your inquiry did not make it to us or that our reply to you is lost in your email spam/garbage folder etc. Please check there first, and then try resending your message if no response has been found.
