Many times there are simply delays in the tracking information of a package that look like the package may be lost. If you are concerned this may be the case, please contact the postal service used for your package and give them your tracking code. (located on your order shipment email)
If the postal service confirms that your package has been lost by them, file a claim and let us know about it. We can also take action on our end on your behalf. Once we receive confirmation that the package is indeed lost or the package returns to us we can take actions to get you the correct equipment shipped again!
